What’s the difference between The Cleanser & The In Between?
The Cleanser is a brush & sponge shampoo & conditioner designed not only to maintain cleanliness of your brushes/tools, but also to support and maintain the health of your brushes. The In Between is a 99% isopropyl alcohol spray, designed to sanitise and clean your brushes/tools between deep cleanses. The In Between should not replace the use of The Cleanser but rather used as a tool to support it. Over use of isopropyl spray may dry out your brush hairs.
Can The Cleanser be used as a facial cleanser?
No. The Cleanser is a cleaning grade product. Do not to be use on skin.
Klarna
Are there requirements to use Klarna?
Yes, you will need:
- A properly issued debit or credit card
- To be 18+ years of age
- A current billing address
- A mobile phone capable of receiving and sending text message
How do I sign up?
If your Checkout Basket is eligible for four interest-free payments with Klarna on dmvcollective.com.au, the option will be presented to you at checkout.
After confirming your mobile number, you will be sent a text message to confirm your identity.
You will then set up your payment method with Klarna and accept the terms and conditions of your payment plan.
How do I use Klarna in store?
To use Klarna in retail stores, including Pop-Up Stores, download the Klarna app and follow the instructions provided.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discovery). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.
Where can I use Klarna?
You can use Klarna on dmvcollective.com.au and on the Klarna app. You will need to confirm locations for acceptance of Klarna by visiting the Klarna website.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be collected in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging in to your Klarna account.
If you need extra time to may a payment, simply log into the Klarna app, go to the “Purchases” page, and select “Payment Options”, then select “Extend due date”.
If the automatic payment fails, Klarna will try again after seven days. If this payment also fails, Klarna will make another attempt after a further seven days (14 days after the date of the first attempt).
Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s Pay in Four product even if you have failed to pay on time.
Are there late fees?
A late fee of up to $10 may be charged if an automatic payment cannot be collected. Please see the terms and conditions on the Klarna website.
