DMV Collective Returns Policy
Easy returns, means, you can experience DMV Collective Products with minimal stress and hassle.
RETURNS POLICY
If your order is not quite right for you, you may be eligible to return the DMV Collective product for a credit, exchange or refund.
All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests made outside of this period will be denied.
Please be careful when using your DMV Collective product as all returned items must be in their original, unused condition, free of any indication of use, damage, odours or marks. Any DMV Collective product returned that is not in the required condition may be subject to refusal and returned back to you at your expense.
FULL PRICED ITEMS may be returned and considered for a credit, exchange or refund, as per the criteria set out in this Returns Policy:
SALE ITEMS are final sale and may only be considered for a credit or exchange. No refunds permitted on Sales Items
EXCHANGE
We will hold the requested item while we await your return so that no one else purchases it. Once your return has been received and assessed, we will make a decision and if approved we will then send the new item and notify you via email.
CREDIT
An online credit note can be issued for the full amount of the order returned. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive this in the form of a Unique Coupon Code. This Code has no expiry date.
REFUND
We want you to be 100% happy with your DMV Collective Product and Service Experience. A DMV Collective product is only eligible for a refund if it remains in its original condition, inside the sealed packaging in which it was originally shipped to you. If your DMV Collective product is in its original state (as described above) you may be eligible for a refund (less shipping costs). Once your return has been processed and assessed, we will refund your order immediately and notify you via email. All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. If a Gift Card has been used, the refund will be returned first back onto the original Gift Card, before remaining funds are reimbursed to other utilised payment methods.
SALES ITEMS
DMV Collective products purchased at a discount during a sale or seasonal campaign/promotional event, or DMV Collective products that are permanently marked down on the website are final sale. These products will not be eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for a credit or exchange, if stock is available.

NOTE: All shipping costs associated with the return/exchange or an order are payable by the customer. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving them into our Return Address.
